Give the time back to students

I often remember the saying “Give your time back to students” which I got it from Linda when I was in New Oriental. It’s great especially when I thought about it as I was teaching…certainly, I mean, It’s much more important during the Oral English class, everybody knows that if we want to speak good English, there is no way unless we open our mouthes to practise.
They pay for the class not to listen to the teacher’s English only but to practise it also. Oral English is this, the more you practise, the more mistakes you make, the more progress you make.
